My Current Beauty Favourites!

The latest video on my YouTube channel shows me chit-chatting about my new must-have beauty products! These are some of the items I have been using constantly over the past couple of weeks and I just had to share them with you all. I didn't want to film a monthly favourites video as I haven't been buying tonnes of new products recently, so instead, decided to just talk to you about a mixture of lovely skincare and makeup goodies that I have constantly reached for over the past few weeks.

The Skincare

Embryolisse Lait-Creme Concentre: A lovely gentle moisturiser that I picked up at IMATS this year. I have heard so much praise surrounding this product and just couldn't resist seeing what all the fuss was about. I am so glad I caved in with this as it's quickly become my favourite moisturiser! I use it everyday before applying my makeup and it acts as a fabulous base. Love this little French fancy! http://www.gurumakeupemporium.com/Embryolisse-24-Hour-Miracle-Cream-Lait-Creme-Concentre-75ml

No7 Beautiful Skin Cleansing Water (Normal/Oily Skin): This cleanser has really stood out for me recently. You know you really love a product when you manage to neglect all your others to use it all up! It really reminds me of my old faithful Bioderma (only much easier to get hold of!) Definitely something I will be re-purchasing. http://tidd.ly/75092e27

Nivea Visage Daily Essentials Extra Gentle Eye Make Up Remover: Again, something I have managed to almost fully use up. This nifty little eye makeup remover seems to melt away any traces of eye shadow, liner and mascara in an instant! Not the most gently one I've come across as it does seem to sting a little if you use too much near the water line but it's definitely good for soaking over the lashes to remove mascara. http://tidd.ly/3a35c653

The Tools

Rio Sonicleanse: Not going to talk too much about this little device right now as I am planning a full in-depth review of it very shortly - keep your eye peeled ladies, it's rather amazing!! http://www.riobeauty.co.uk/featured-products-1/sonicleanse.html

Avene Extremely Gentle Cleanser: Not photographed but just wanted to mention that this is the cleanser I would use with the Rio Sonicleanse. http://tidd.ly/7e1e382a

Real Techniques Core Collection: Without a doubt one of my best purchases of the moment. I have fallen in love with these brushes and they have found a permanent spot in my everyday makeup bag! They are made from Taclon fibers which makes them so soft and perfect for use with cream products. I really do think they are worth the money so definitely consider Real Techniques if you're in the market for a few new brushes. http://tidd.ly/5fcfce35

Real Techniques Stippling Brush: This brush is brilliant for foundation and seems to give the most flawless finish on the skin. Really like this brush for my cream and liquid foundations - a must have in my opinion! http://tidd.ly/f5d37cbb

MAC 266 Brush: I've spoken about this brush many times and use it in most tutorials for my brows but I don't think it gets enough credit. I really wanted to include it because I don't know what else I would use if this was taken away from me - I would be lost without it! Amazing angled brush for your eyebrows and liner. http://tidd.ly/fcdeca3f

The Makeup

MAC Powder Blush (Salsa Rose): Unfortunately I have come to realise that this blush is a MAC Pro product meaning that you can only purchase it from free-standing MAC stores. However, it does deserve a mention for being so versatile and gorgeous! It's a rosey-red-coral shade, perfect for a splash of colour on the outer part of your cheeks. If you can get your hands on it, I would say to pick it up. http://tidd.ly/8b9aa69f

Illamasqua Eye Brow Cake (Thunder): I bought this a couple of months ago now but only got around to using it over the last few weeks. I really do enjoy using this with the Illamasqua Sealing Gel for nights out when I want a super precise and sharp brow. It's a great colour for anyone with  dark brunette hair and just seems to do the job. I wouldn't say it was quite as smooth in consistency to the HD Brows palette but with the Sealing Gel it works like a dream. http://tidd.ly/32e72139

Illamasqua Sealing Gel: Makes any powder product in to a waterproof, smudge proof liquid. Amazing little invention. Definitely one to have in your collection if you love long lasting makeup. http://tidd.ly/5848629b

L'Oreal False Lash Telescopic Mascara: I'm a big fan of the L'Oreal mascaras in general but this one has stood out the most for me. It's voluminous and lengthening at the same time and delivers noticeable results. Haven't had any issues with flaking or anything like that, just a lovely all round mascara! http://tidd.ly/f4073f7
