How to Make Ourselves to Be happy?


Life would be wonderful if we could even become self happy, many people are hard to find happiness in life. Is this mean that life is difficult and a little happier. That can actually make yourself happy kta is ourselves, not others or the environment. But happiness is also determined by the people around us and the environment. Evidence that wealth is not the main factor to obtain happiness, wealth and even otherwise could cause a sense of concern if one mind. If you know that "happiness is cheap" but for "attitude that it is difficult to make happy". Well, how to make ourselves to be happy?


Receiving Yourself
Whatever the form of the self, let's learn to accept and love yourself with all the good qualities and faults. Self-esteem is not determined by how many times you have succeeded or failed, or by how much money you have. Your self worth is determined by what is in the heart. You are perfect just like you. Trust me just as what the existing capabilities and performance, there must be excess. There's nothing more you need to do other than to uphold the principles of truth and honesty in order to be worthy to be loved.

Helping Each Other
Try to be able to help anyone who needs help, just perform the act of giving is happiness, and comes from the heart. Give a smile and praise not only a great way to start, but a wonderful habit to enter a virtuous cycle. Goodness sometimes without cost anything and can bring much joy. If you see someone who seems a little less happy, just give them a big smile. Actions and good words must always come from the heart. There is more happiness if you are able to make others happy.

Stop worrying
Worrying about something will never solve any problem. It seems wonderful events that appear are always tainted by fear. Worry only force you to repeatedly experience the bad things that may or may not even happen. Deliver!. Even if this happened, it's better than just having one several times, and that imagined events are usually far worse than anything else will come true. Enjoy every experience to the fullest and experience everything fully and correct the problem. Everything can be overcome with good to think positive, if it will fail because of certain problems, do not keep worrying, because of the failure and the problems and failures is normal and will pass.

Focus on the positive
So stop paying attention to the sad things and focus on happiness. Do not avoid the fact, but the face. we know that there is no point in seeing and remembering things that create stress. If not do anything to remedy the situation will only limit the energy, then you should use them to things that are more positive.

Laugh
Laughter is important, relax and laugh trigger hormonal reactions in the body that are beneficial to your health and happiness! Laugh for some people is not easy but if you want to take the time to recall what things can make you laugh then repeat activities that can make laugh. Without laughing ourselves will be frozen and easily broken if there is a hit even with a weak punch.

Love
Love is the essence of who we are and why we are here. Love is the source of life and leads you to make positive things. Love it more and you can be more. Love is free, deep and full. Love all the people around you, including your own. The more you give, the more you will receive a reply. Living a life of love and happiness will follow you wherever you go. Remember also love excess can be narrow fanaticism.
